However, the nature of photography being what it is, and although we take great care to avoid them, colour variations may occur at times. For these reasons we will not accept returns based on minor colour variations of your gem from the display on your particular monitor or particular photo. Photos are not to scale. Our staffs will ensure all products to be delivered to be tested and repackaged before shipping. The product is sold as It-IS. We DO NOT provide any refunds or exchange for all orders unless unforeseen circumstances. We will issue store credits for customers to re-purchase their orders if:

1) Wrong item shipped.
2) Items is not in resaleable condition.
3) Items is faulty or spoilt during testing
